Director Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Director ("Director", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"), a content scheduling and publishing tool operated by Unc's Table LLC, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. By creating an account or using Director, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Director is a software-as-a-service tool that lets creators, brands, and small teams generate, schedule, and publish short-form video content to connected third-party social media platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X). The Service may include AI-assisted content generation, multi-platform publishing, scheduling, and analytics features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Director. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to bind the entity you represent (if any).

3. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to access Director. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Connecting Third-Party Accounts

Director relies on OAuth and similar authorization flows to publish content to your connected social media accounts. By connecting an account, you authorize Director to perform actions on your behalf within the scope you grant (such as posting videos, uploading drafts, or reading basic profile info). You may revoke access at any time through the third-party platform's settings or by disconnecting the account in Director.

5. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of all content you upload, generate, or publish through Director. By using the Service, you grant Director a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, process, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Director to:

Publish content that violates any applicable law or third-party platform's terms of service
Spam, harass, defame, or impersonate others
Distribute malware, phishing material, or other harmful code
Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public portions of the Service
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize Director without written permission

7. AI-Generated Content

Director may use generative AI models to assist with content creation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated material before it is published. Director makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs.

8. Service Availability

Director is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

Director, including its software, branding, and design, is the property of Unc's Table LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks, logos, or proprietary code.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Director at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using Director at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete account data after a reasonable period.

11. Disclaimers

DIRECTOR IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL BE FREE FROM LOSS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNC'S TABLE LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DIRECTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Director after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
